Comprehensive Death Investigation:Complete
investigation of all aspects of a death. We conduct this
investigation in person, on site, at location of death.
Includes all components and services necessary to establish factual
knowledge of fatal event. Includes evidence acquisition,
documentation and storage, as needed. A senior Medical
Investigator leads the investigation, with consultations from various
forensic experts, as needed. Our Forensic Pathologist renders a
medical opinion of cause and manner of death. Establishes basis
for expert testimony in litigated cases. Recommended for
Insurance Companies, Law Firms, Local Governments and Individuals
where death is high profile or large financial exposure is
involved. 24 hour on-call quick response available.

Intermediate Death Investigation:
Basic in-person or correspondent investigation to obtain answers to
specific issues relating to a death. Includes medical record
review, law enforcement interviews, witness interviews, and other
relevant contacts. Recommended for Insurance Companies and Law
Firms on non complicated cases.

Brief Death Investigation:
We contact key individuals and agencies to obtain overview of fatal
event. Investigation will primarily be conducted from our
offices and generally will not involve travel on-site. Based on
the information obtained, we will make recommendations for further
investigation, if warranted. Recommended for Insurance
Companies on small financial exposure cases.

Life Policy Contestable Investigation:
Investigation specifically directed for contestable life insurance
claims. Includes beneficiary interview and statement, medical
record acquisition and review, and other documentation relevant to
the materiality of the policy application. We provide this
service on the same basis as our Brief or Intermediate Death Investigations.

Disability Claim Investigation:
We interview the claimant, witnesses, and obtain medical and
employment records. Recommended for Insurance Companies with
disability income or waiver of premium claims.

Primary Autopsy Service:
Our Board Certified Forensic Pathologist completes a full or partial
autopsy. A medical opinion is rendered as to cause and manner
of death. Includes toxicology and microscopic analysis.
Recommended for Life Insurance Companies on large exposure policies,
Worker Compensation Carriers and Administrators on fatal claims and
Individuals where medical questions arise from a death where an
autopsy is not otherwise completed.

Exhumation and Autopsy:
Disinterment, autopsy and reinterment of the decedent. Includes
Primary Autopsy Service. Recommended for Life Insurance
Companies with manner of death questions, Law Firms and Local
Governments where additional evidence is developed after burial.

Forensic Case Review:Review
of investigative reports, medical records, autopsy reports and other
documents by our Forensic Pathologist. We provide a medical
opinion of cause and manner of death. This service is available
independently or with our investigative products. Recommended
for Life Insurance Companies.

Foreign Death Investigation:
Our US based multilingual investigators conduct on-site
investigations for authentication of deaths reported in foreign
countries. We obtain documentation and testimony admissible in
US courts. Recommended for Life Insurance Companies where
foreign documents have been submitted in support of a claim.

Medical Opinion and Consultation:
Personal examination of individuals or medical evidence by a Forensic
Pathologist for medicolegal opinion. Includes expert medical
testimony at deposition or trial. Recommended for Law Firms in
criminal or civil litigation.

Second Autopsy Service:
A review of previous autopsy completed by an outside agency.
Our Forensic Pathologist will issue an independent opinion as to
cause and manner of death. Includes necessary laboratory
services. Recommended for Insurance Companies with issues not
addressed in the original autopsy or Law Firms where an independent
or second expert opinion is required.

Cause and Manner of Death Investigation:
An intermediate level service that includes acquisition and review
of coroner/medical examiner reports, police reports, medical records
and other relevant documents. May include witness interviews,
as needed. Designed to confirm or establish cause and manner of
death for Insurance Companies with Accidental Death or Suicide policy
provision issues.

Witness/Claimant Interview and Statement:
In-person or telephonic interviews and recorded or written
statements are obtained from claimants or witnesses regarding
any issue or event. Recorded statements are transcribed and
evidence stored for future use, as needed. Interviews and
statements may be obtained in the subject's native language by our
multilingual investigators. Recommended for Insurance Companies
and Law Firms.

Medical Record Acquisition:
Our Medical Investigators obtain copies of medical records or
interviews with medical providers. Necessary legal releases are
obtained, as required and needed.

Medical Record Review and Interpretation:
Medical records are reviewed by a Medical Investigator and a summary
prepared. Consultation with our physician Medical Director is available.

Public Record Search:
Electronic or personal searches of public records from over 12,000
locations. Court, licensing, business, vehicle, real estate,
and personal property records are generally available from most U.S. locations.

Public Record Acquisition and Review:
Public records are reviewed and a summary prepared or copies
obtained. Research on corresponding or additional records is available.

Confirmation of Death:
Electronic or personal searches for recorded death records.
Recommended for Insurance Companies with annuitants or Law Firms in
family or probate matters.
Per Name/Record
Surveillance (Sub Rosa):
Static or mobile surveillance of a subject for legal or insurance
matters. Video and print photography is used to document
activities. Multiple investigator teams, extended operations,
and aerial platforms available. Recommended for Insurance
Companies or Law Firms where documentation of activities needed.

Claim Management Consultancy:
Review of life insurance claim department operations, processes,
staff responsibility, statutory compliance, and claims evaluations by
an experienced and credentialed Claim Manager. This is a custom
designed program which may be configured to include staff training,
claim manual preparations, and automated claims tracking system
design. Recommended for Life Insurance Companies.

Medical Investigator Coverage:
Our experienced Medical Investigators are available to coroner or
medical examiner offices for short term staff shortages or case
overload situations. We are available on an on-call or
office coverage basis.

Case Management: We
can facilitate and direct the investigation of insurance claim or
litigation cases. All work product completed by outside
investigators is reviewed by a Claim Manager or Senior
Investigator. Recommended for Life Insurance Companies and Law
Firms with complex cases in varying venues.

Review: Review of the efficacy of an investigation,
autopsy and determination of death by a coroner/medical
examiner. This service is available from our Medical
Investigators or Forensic Pathologist. We make recommendations

Evidence Photography:
Print or video documentation of locations, things or events for legal
purposes. Video taping of interviews available.

Scene Analysis:
Photography, measurements and evidence documentation or collection
from the scene of a death, crime or other event. Diagrams and
demonstrative presentation of findings are available for trial
use. Recommended for Law Firms.

Reconstruction and documentation of events leading to injury or
death. Includes other services and consultations with outside
experts, as needed. Material defects or failure of products, or
personal contributing factors is documented for legal purposes.

Public agency reports are obtained and reviewed. Recommended
for Insurance Companies on small loss exposures.

and medicolegal investigator.

Disaster Response:
Our investigators, physicians and claim management staff are
available for quick response anywhere anytime for natural disaster or
multiple casualty events. We can assist Coroner or Medical
Examiner offices with identification, notification, evidence
management and morgue operations, and Insurance Companies with claim
investigation and documentation, fraud prevention, and staffing needs.
