Process Serving

We are pleased to offer in court and local process serving. We are licensed under the RCW statues of the State of Washington and the rules of the State of Washington Superior Court. We can serve both District, Municipal and Supperior Court summons and complaints, supoenas, depositions notices and other orders. Referals to other process servers possible.

County Records and Court Records Searches

We offer searching of public county records and court records searches. Local public court and county records in Kitsap and Pierce County.

Legal Research

We have been doing legal reserach since 1996. Our studies at the Academy of Legal Investigators gave us excellent ability to research. We are familiar with and use West Law. A variety of legal topics, books and forms are in our local law library. Some topics are in our files already. We can shepherdize or update research.

Court Forms

We cannot give legal advice but we can assist to find the right court form and perform typing services. Mandatory forms are public information and other forms are in local law library and many are on our files already.

Freedom of Information Act and Public Disclosure

We can assist with Freedom of Information Act and Public Disclousre requests and filings.

Filing of Court Papers, Typing and Transcription of Audio

We can file most court papers by personal service or by mail. Basic typing for court papers is avaialble. Notetaking and transcription of court hearings is possible, although we are not certifed as court reporters

Special ADA Services

We offer braille, large print, typing/transcription for blind, visually impaired, deaf and other disabiities. We offer reading of materials sent, faxed or scanned to us for recording onto tape, or read over telephone, into braille or large print or send via TTY or Washington Relay Services.
