Be it a simple birthday card to a complex text project or a visual or audio conversion project we can assist you.

We offer 18 to 24 point large print services. We can take your print document, fax, email document, scan it, enlarge the print, enlarge and caption the graphics or diagrams. Then we can return the document as an electronic form via email attachment for printing by your staff, or we can fax the document to you, or we can print and mail the document. We offer binding services for large documents. We can also laminate or enclosed documents in plastic sheetings in a notebook for multiple use or keeping original for copying.

We offer braille in grades one and two. We can take your print, fax, email document, scan it, convert to braille and ready it for embossing, caption the graphics. We can emboss the braille, caption the graphics, and bind it and send it by mail. We can also braille laminate sheets that can be wiped off. Small projects are often done by hand transcription.

We offer speech services in the following methods: We can take your print, fax, email document, scan it and convert it to speech by reading onto cassette tape, over the telephone to your client, or a converting it to wav or audio file. This option can be very good for visually impaired persons and poor readers.

We offer all files in electronic format. In this way your files are here once scanned and place into an electronic form and changes can be made or additions to your files. If you lose a file we can send it to you quickly and easily. For some blind and visually handicapped and disabled persons the electronic text or braille file can be used with their adaptive equipment or adapted computer system.

We offer captioning for the blind and visually impaired person of graphics and diagrams. We offer captioning for the deaf and hard of hearing person captioning of the audio files. We offer captioning of bliss symbols for the care giver of a person communicating with bliss symbols.

We offer free evaluation of any project. If we are unable to handle the project due to size, we will refer you to an agency who can assist you.
