Hardsuit on the rack.

From the side the thruster pack is mounted just behind the arms. There are four fans, two on each side mounted at right angles.

The Hardsuit is separated just above the leg assembly. The blue band mounted to the bottom of the upper portion is the thruster pack assembly.

From the rear you can see the thruster pack assembly with the four variable pitch fans.

Here is some of the support equipment.

Four upper torsos are readied for assembly.

Two suits side by side are placed in racks for easy handling.

Transporting the Hardsuit is relatively easy.

The suit separates at the joints easily fits into it's storage container.

The storage container has preformed foam to keep the components safe.

Here are two lower torso components with the legs separated.

Once all the segments are packed foam is placed around them for safety.

Attach the covers and you're ready to go.

Once fitted together the Hardsuit is easily lifted from its cradle.

Lift the Hardsuit and pilot overboard and...

Lower away!
