Hardsuit on the rack.

From the side the thruster pack is
mounted just behind the arms. There are four fans, two on each side
mounted at right angles. |

The Hardsuit is separated just above the leg assembly. The blue band
mounted to the bottom of the upper portion is the thruster pack
assembly. |

From the rear you can see the thruster pack assembly with the four
variable pitch fans.

Here is some of the support equipment. |

Four upper torsos are readied for assembly. |

Two suits side by side are placed in racks for easy handling. |

Transporting the Hardsuit is relatively easy.

The suit separates at the joints easily fits into it's storage
container. |

The storage container has preformed foam to keep the components safe. |

Here are two lower torso components with the legs separated. |

Once all the segments are packed foam is placed around them for safety.

Attach the covers and you're ready to go. |

Once fitted together the Hardsuit is
easily lifted from its cradle. |
