Green Frog Policies Privacy Statement: Our use of your personal information is limited to the following: Your Zip code will be provided to the manufacturer for the purposes of determining shipping charges. When you order from us, your name, address, and daytime phone number will be sent to the manufacturer so that your shelter can be shipped to you. No personal information you provide to us, such as your e-mail address or phone number, will be shared with any third party, save for the uses detailed above. Delivery Estimates and Refunds
These shelters are custom manufactured products, available by special order only. Delivery times are estimates only. Cancellations over delays in deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control, such as floods, freight company problems, earthquakes, etc., will not be accepted. If, in our judgement, we do decide to accept a cancellation, there will be a 30% restocking fee. Under no circumstances will shipping charges be refunded for any shelter which has already been delivered. Any order you place with us constitutes agreement to these terms.
Ordering By Credit Card
Currently Green Frog does not accept online credit card ordering because the bulk of our sales, almost all of the shelters you see displayed on these pages, are custom products, made by skilled American craftsmen and women working on individual orders. So when you first contact our sales staff via email, fax, or phone, that begins an order. We then confirm what size, shape, fabric, and color you want, and determine the cost of the order including shipping. You may want to read Planning Your Order first, for some helpful advice.
